66% of crossover have a mean offset below the limit. However, the quality of the
crossovers is questionable - see also the std. of the offsets.
Due to this large uncertainty and based on the fact that only six crossovers are
given don't adjust.

The total mean equilibrium ratio (upper 20m) indicates a nice equilbrium with
the atmosphere. Further, individual station ratios show valiues above and below
100%. Maintain.
